I can't believe that I'm never going to see my amazing Nan again who used to let me Sleep by her bed every night in the summer holidays and sometimes even fall asleep holding her hand! What I wouldn't give to do that now!! Thank you for being apart of Jacobs life and making him feel so special and loved like you did to all of us! I love you with all my heart and miss you more and more each day! ❤️❤️
